Eventually my doctor recommended the VitaFusion gummies, which I stuck with because they worked great for me. Additionally, she said there is no difference between Rx prenatal and the OTC ones if that was an additional concern. When I saw my OB, she was fine with it. I asked about extra folic acid as well. My OBGYN suggested it.
