<description>&#60;p&#62;Our soon-to-arrive LO has a Grandma (my mom) and a Grandpa (DH's dad) who are still with us.  Grandpa has a live-in girlfriend and Grandma has a long-term boyfriend.  What should LO call them?  It doesn't feel right to give them grandparent titles, but also strange to call them by first name only, when every other adult in the family has a title like &#34;Uncle Joe&#34; or &#34;Aunt Jane&#34;.
