We're willing to pay although that will definitely add up with 3 cameras! We have an agency for our nanny, which is good because we're using their temp service. LO is 3.5 mo and screamed the ENTIRE time the new nanny was there, which doesn't developmentally make sense. She has had our parents watch her before and she was fine. Found out the nanny smoked so maybe LO just didn't like the smell. But she was never able to get her to eat or soothe her and I just would have liked to see what was going on.
