I'm a firm 7.5 shoe; when no half sizes are available I generally prefer the fit of an 8 (like in my othe comfy footwear favorite, my LL Bean wicked good moccasins) unless something runs big. We're going to give her an end of the year bonus of a week salary (even though it's totally budget busting). Do you think I should give it to her very close to Christmas or would it be better to give it a little early so that she can use the money for the holidays if she wants? Also, I'm going to get her a small separate gift, since I know technically the bonus isn't a gift. She's a former colorist at a salon. I'm deciding between a Sephora gift card or a pack of Bombas socks. Which one do you think would be better? Thanks! </p>
