I'm thinking of hiring a nanny to come in during the day while I work from home.  My daughter will be about 6 months at that time.  Probably 30 hours a week, focusing only on her while she's awake with maybe some light house work while she naps.  I'll be working from home, so I don't need the same level of nanny I would need to feel comfortable leaving her with alone as I'd be there for emergencys/partially supervise, but obviously would still want a nice person to play/teach her things.  Where will be living seems like a pretty low cost of living, for reference, maybe $1400-1500 rent for a nice 4-5 bedroom home.  What would you offer hourly or weekly for this type of nanny? Any feedback is appreciated!
