They have been away from the area for about a year, but we've kept in touch, even got to see them at one point. We've been talking, and we'd like to ask her to nanny for our LO when she gets here. I know they'd be open to it as well.</p> <p>What big issues do we need to consider when it comes to hammering out details? We have similar approaches to sleep, feeding, etc. She'd work at our home. Her son would be 7 months when she started watching our daughter at 2 months. </p>
