@Anagram: I'm not sure. Being overtired doesn't usually cause too much of a problem for her...she just crashes hard, passes out straight away on her back (when she's usually a tummy sleeper!). DH just told me he had to wake her up this morning for the day at 8am...so I'm kinda thinking that actually maybe she wasn't tired enough at midday.

@Baby Boy Mom: Another WW? I feel like we just got through the 52wk one! Walking could have something to do with it...she is starting to take steps unassisted and when she started crawling her sleep took a turn for the worst too!

Both my kids slept horribly from about 12.5-14.5 months. I think there is a wonder week around 14 months or so. Also, teething, walking didn't help. Sorry!

Could she be teething? Stuffy nose? My LOs sleep is generally not super consistent (well, it will be normal for a week or two and then we'll have a week of sleep that is all over the place). I just ride it out and figure it will change again soon.

Could she be overtired?

Bumping for the afternoon crowd. Anyone?

FWIW though, she did fine until her usual bedtime at 7pm!

LO is 12 months. She went down to 1 nap a couple of months ago and usually goes down at 12pm for anywhere between 2-3hrs.

The last week, her nap is getting shorter and shorter. First it was barely 2hrs, then 1.5, then today not even an hour. It's taking her longer to actually settle down for the nap as well, often up to 20 mins.

I know she's tired by that point so it doesn't seem right to push it back any further, but it makes for a long stretch before bed or a super early bedtime.

Usually she wakes between 7-8am and her bedtime is 7pm.

What gives?
