@Corduroy: I meant, I wouldn't do anything, I would just wait until she starts daycare and let them handle it.

@T.H.O.U.: How long should I wait for LO to get used to the daycare routine? I tried following their swing nap routine this weekend but she screamed so much. I wasn't prepared with a nap training plan so I picked her up each time.

Honestly I would just wait and let daycare handle. It's not worth it to get a routine going at home and then a new routine with daycare.

I planned to nap train my 4.5 month old before she started daycare a week ago but I was savoring all the snuggles. Now I don't know where to start with nap training.

We sleep trained at 4 months and she does put herself to sleep for the night in her crib. She's never been a good napper but things have gotten really bad the last month. At home she nurses to sleep and naps in my arms. At daycare she takes catnaps in a swing. They have a crib for her but I'm not sure that she's even been in it.

DH is supposed to watch LO on Fridays so I was thinking of having him start then since he doesn't have boobs anyway. Is three days long enough to make an impact?

Anybody have tips or success stories for nap training a baby that goes to daycare?
