1. How old is your LO? 26 Months
2. How many naps does your LO take a day? 1
3. How long are those naps? 1.5-3.5 hours
4. What's your schedule like? She wakes up between 7:30 and 8:30, naps around 1:30 then sleeps at night around 8-9:30. It's a bit of a mess right now actually, but she really seems to need that nap still.
5. How old was your LO when they started taking 1 nap a day? (If they're at that point). She dropped to one nap at 11 months and then at around 14 months decided that she needed two again and continued to have two naps until around 18 months.

And the baby is three months old and just a mess at the moment, I can't wait for her to get out of this little stage and start sleeping more predictably.

2. How many naps does your LO take a day? 1, sometimes 2 (although this is becoming much rarer)
3. How long are those naps? 2-4 hours total
4. What's your schedule like?
6-7 am - Wakeup
12 - 1 pm - Nap
3-4 pm - Wakeup
7:30 pm - Asleep
5. Hopw old was your LO when they started taking 1 nap a day? (If they're at that point) DD started transitioning to one nap a day at about 16 months and was consistently only taking one nap a day by about 20 months. She'll still ask for a morning nap occasionally, but the majority of the time she only sleeps in the afternoon.

Up until recently, DS would take 2 naps a day with usually no fight. Sometimes he would even take 3 depending on what time our day started. The last few days have been a little crazy and I'm trying to figure things out. I think he might be ready to reduce his naps down to one but I want to hear what others have experienced.

1. How old is your LO?
2. How many naps does your LO take a day?
3. How long are those naps?
4. What's your schedule like?
5. How old was your LO when they started taking 1 nap a day? (If they're at that point)
-------------------------------------------------

1. 8.5 months

2. 2 (sometimes 3). Yesterday, he only took one and he's only had one today.

3. 2 hours; Yesterday's and Today's were both 3 hours long

4. Varies a little depending on wakeup time but I'll give you the schedule before the changes.

8:30-wake up
10:30 - nap
12:30 - wake up
2:30 - nap
4:30 - wake up
7:00 - bedtime

5. Maybe now?

He's been doing okay with one nap but not as good as he does with two. He starts getting fussy around 4:30pm and that's too late for a nap and too early for bedtime. When I put him down for a second nap yesterday and the day before, he screamed for almost an hour. I ended up getting him up yesterday because it was so bad. Sunday was also rough but he eventually went to sleep.

Anyway, sorry if this post is a mess! DH is away for work and I've been trying to post this for an hour now. Help? Advice? Experiences?
