I do drop in classes and will decide to go depending on her naps. I scheduled swim classes when i knew she would definitely be awake, and it has worked so far. I am lucky that the classes i do attend are 10 minutes away.

I find that it gets easier when they are older!

This is why we're holding off on any baby classes. There are none close enough and at the right times to make naps work.

I always stuck to the nap schedule. When we had a class or playdate I'd try to get him to nap in the car on the way there (or on the way back). Sometimes we'd miss the class because we were sitting in the parking lot with him sleeping in the back! I just refused to ever wake him up once he was asleep.

Honestly, I have always wondered the same thing! But I am so crazy about the nap schedule that I just haven't signed up for any classes yet, though I wish I could. I might have to wait until LO drops the morning nap (she's 6 months now).

How do you schedule/nap train around LO's baby classes (ie Gymboree, mommy and me, music classes, etc.)?

We've been missing a couple classes since I feel her naps are more important. Any tips on how to keep a good schedule with classes?
