7.5 months now.
Awake for the day between 6:30 and 7.
6am on a bad day.
First nap 1.5-2 hours later, so roughly 8/8:30 - 10/10:30.
Next nap about 12/12:30-2/2:30
Next nap about 4/4:30-5/5:30
Last bottle of the day at 6:30/45 and in crib by 6:45/7.

I still tend to do only 2 hours awake at a time. I can maybe stretch to 3 if I have to, but usually not. But I always pay attention to cues. If he seems tired before 2 hours, I don't make him wait, I put him down. Tonight he was so tired and cranky early so I gave him his bottle at 6-ish and he was in bed by 6:15/30.

LO wakes up around 7AM and is in bed by 7PM. We shoot for an hour plus nap in the AM (9:30-10:30ish) and an hour plus nap (somewhere between 2 and 4) in the PM. Sometimes he won't nap or he'll only nap for 20-30 minutes and the hours of the naps vary more on the weekends when we are on the go more. At his 6 month appointment our pediatrician said we needed to shoot for an hour plus nap twice a day so that is when we started to push it more. He is almost 8 months now.

LO is 7.5 and we roughly follow the 2/3/4 schedule. She usually wakes between 6 & 7, but can be as late as 8 and we just go from there. But some days it turns out to be more a 2/2.5/2/3 kinda day, and other days I try to stretch her 4.5 hours between the last wake up until bedtime in order to avoid a third nap and a later bedtime.

Up for the day around 7am first nap 1.5 to 2hrs after . Then depending on how naps go 2-3-4hr awake time schedule so 2 naps total or if she's taking short naps 3 naps with a bit over two hours awake between each. Bed time is around 7pm.

She's just entered her 7th month!

The 2-3-4 schedule worked really well for us around that time. 2 hours after first wake time, 3 hours after second wake time, and 4 hours later it's bedtime. They were mostly on 2 naps.

Sample schedule:
7 am - Wake
9 am - 1st nap
10:30 am - Wake
1:30 pm - 2nd nap
3 pm - Wake
7 pm - Bedtime

What is your 6/7/8 month old napping like? How many naps? How long in between?

Please state your wake for the day and bedtime also!
