<description>&#60;p&#62;@MamaChin:  I guess it depends on if you wanted to nap train or not.  If you do, then you should follow whatever method you want to for training.  If you don't think you need or want to nap train, then just do what you do for naps..... You don't have to night train and nap train at the same time if you don't want to.  (Although I wish I'd nap trained when I sleep trained, because my LOs nights are great while his naps are still crappy!)

<description>&#60;p&#62;What did you do for naps during sleep training, specifically CIO?  Tonight is our first night and I cannot for the life of me remember what we did with LO#1. We usually nurse to sleep in my bed for all sleeps. She is now asleep in her own room after 30 mins of crying. Should I nurse in my bed tomm or try the crib in her room?
