It hasn't gone away, but sometimes it isn't so horrible and I can actually breathe. Breathe right strips help me fall asleep, but they peel right off after a few hours and I wake up immediately so I've stopped using them. I just make sure to clear my nose out as best I can before bedtime and when I wake up to pee I do the same. I have allergies normally, but nothing horrible, but last week, I was so "ill" I went to see the doctor because my congestion was out of control and couldn't breathe (unless it was out of my mouth -ew). Turns out, I just had really, really bad allergies. She told me to take some nasonex and allegra. 2 days later, I'm feeeling TONS better. I hate sleeping with my mouth open, but the congestion has forced me to because I can't breathe through my nose at all. I am a little over 15w, and just this morning I got an email from What to Expect (I have the app) discussing nasal congestion, so at least I am on schedule! We have a humidifier and I've been using a neti pot, but nothing seems to really work. When will the nasal congestion go away?! </p>
