He now has a fever and acting pretty lethargic compared to his normal energetic self. I have only used the spray once before, and the same thing happened. He had no other symptoms, and his fever went away after a few days. </p> <p>Could it be related? Has your LO ever had a similar reaction after using nasal spray? </p>
