@Amorini: I was honestly wondering if maybe the lab messed it up? Our situation is a bit different...he has never had low sperm count but because he was on testosterone replacement therapy that is what killed his count. He had stopped it for 3 months so maybe his numbers were actually higher at time of conception? I head sperm count can vary greatly week by week. I hope you two have success with your IVF...stay positive. Thanks for the response!

@fitfigure87: Congrats on your pregnancy! I would consider yourself very lucky if his last count was only 150,000. My husband has been tested twice in the 3 to 5 million range and we are going through IVF because of his severe MFI diagnosis. They didn't recommend him trying the man-Clomid so here we are. I am quite a bit older than you, so maybe you make up for his low count. It only takes one! Best of luck for a happy and healthy pregnancy.

Hi all! I am 28 and my husband is 45...both extremely active and healthy. We finally decided to have a baby together (I have 3 boys two of which are twins) because my three are not "technically" his. I know I am basically a walking egg waiting to be fertilized and after two months of trying I had a sneaky suspicion something was up. I had him get tested and sure enough he was diagnosed with azoospermia. His urologist put him on tamoxifen (similar to clomid) and three months later he tested again. His count was 150k/ml and only 2 out of 20 moved. Two weeks later I AM PREGNANT! I was so much in denial that I had to call his Dr. to double check his numbers and ask what the chances were! He basically said "It only takes one." I am now 18 weeks along with a healthy baby boy. I am just curious if anyone else conceived "naturally" with low sperm count? I think I am still in denial! Thanks!
