@hellobeeboston: I have heard of soy isoflavones. Did it help shorten your cycles and ovulate sooner?

@winniebbe: I've been off BC for a little over 6 months. My body is definitely regulating, but taking time and I'm impatient :)

@joyjoy: I've never heard of fertilitea, but I'll look into it, thanks!

I don't know if it helps you O sooner, but I tried FertiliTea. I'm not certain if this contributed to our bfp because I only drank it for a week or so before we conceived. I had originally thought that it would start helping the following month.

How long have you been off BCP? It can take up to 6 months to regulate post BCP - for me, it happened slowly but surely over time. But others might have good ideas for getting to O sooner!

@arielle9510: Hey! Have you heard about soy isoflavones? Supposedly the 'natural' clomid --- google it and you will find more info, I tried it - took it for 3 months (you just take for 5 days at the beginning of your cycle)... I don't know if this is what helped me get a bfp, but maybe? The 3rd month I only took it 3 or 4 days instead of. 5 .... But I was preoccupied that month with job stuff and not as focused on ttc -- that is probably why I got pg... But check it out!

I was also taking b-6 for a few months, didn't notice much of a change from that, maybe a day earlier to O.

My cycles have been long since coming off BC. Last cycle I O'd on CD35 and this cycle it was CD30. I'm going to a gyno next week so I'm going to talk to her about this, but I thought I'd see if anyone had any suggestions for a natural approach? I'm getting frustrated with having to wait a whole month to TTC.

Also, I started taking B6 after ovulation last cycle to help with spotting. I've heard from some women that this also helped them O sooner, but I've also heard that it delayed ovulation. Does anyone have experience with B6?

Thanks!
