Don't remember it with my first either. Nothing so extreme where I feel like I'll throw up but I also never threw up even in my first trimester. </p> <p>@jhd: same- I'm no stranger to stomach upsets in general but indigestion, heart burn, and reflux are all so new to me I don't know what's what. It was awful. At times I think it may have been reflux related, but I wasn't good at pinpointing it because I never had issues with reflux or indigestion before becoming pregnant!
