With both pregnancies, I had severe morning sickness in the first trimester. Both pregnancies, it returned in the 3rd trimester (not as severe as the first trimester).

I had no idea morning sickness could come back!

Mine ran rampant through the whole first and second trimesters and finally went away the beginning of my third tri. Only to return a few weeks later. I'm 37w now and have it off and on (usually in the mornings).

I wouldn't say mine has fully come back in the 3rd tri (I'm 33 weeks), but it's worse than it was, say, 2 months ago. Certainly not as bad as it was 1st tri, but I definitely have days/mornings when I feel yucky. I am still taking Diclegis (Unisom/b6 combo) - but only 1 pill at night. Most days, this is enough for me to feel ok the next day. But on a few occasions when I forget to take it, I am super sick the next day! Unfortunately I have heard it's something that happens in the 3rd tri! I feel a little guilty still taking meds, but I would be miserable otherwise.

I also had nausea on and off during my third trimester, and no morning sickness in the beginning. It was not fun, but it wasn't constant, so I managed. I did miss a couple of days of work because of it :( My doctor didn't seem concerned, said it could be acid in my stomach. Not sure, but I'm in my final week and I haven't felt nauseous in a few weeks! Hope your feeling okay for the most part :)

Nausea is not uncommon in 3rd tri from what I understand. Baby is taking up more and more space. I had it all through pregnancy but in the 3rd tri it was usually related to reflux/heartburn which is something I had never ever had before. I had to eat smaller meals too because I just felt full pretty quickly.

I've felt nauseous for the majority of my pregnancy, but it's worse when I'm hungry or I haven't eaten in a while. That of course makes me not want to eat, and then I feel sicker.

I've noticed in the last few days that I've been nauseous off and on. Mostly when I'm hungry (which seems like all the time now!) I never had morning sickness or anything. I'm 30 weeks along so I just thought it was strange. Anyone else had this before?

(sorry for all the posting lately, seems like 3rd trimester brings new situations!!!)
