Almost like an overwhelming sense of sadness or loss? I also completely lose my appetite (unfortunately it comes right back though!). It helps when I drink water. I did the same as @Bao: , drank cold water and sometimes snacked on something. It was particularly strong in the early months and subsided. It lasts for a couple of minutes, followed by my feeling a little faint. By the time she's done, I'm back to feeling normal.</p> <p>Anyone else experience this?
