Ugh, I'm having the same problem and nothing seems to be working. Ate dinner at 7PM last night and around 12AM I was still burping it up and on the verge of puking (thankfully I didn't but now that I look back it may have made me feel better.) Slept elevated and took a zantac but still didn't start feeling better until around 3AM. I hope we all start feeling better FAST because I don't think I can take this until December!

Ditto. Count me in for all three as well. Cried myself to sleep last night because I felt so awful.

Count me in for all three: nausea, heartburn, reflux. Horrible!

I had awful reflux. The only suggestion.my midwife gave me was to avoid trigger foods, try not to eat past 6 pm, and don't drink a lot before bed. The only thing that helped at all was to sleep sitting up. Lots and lots of pillows in bed. Good luck, hope it gets a little better!

Isn't it awful?! Was such a shock to me when it came back! Now it's good days and bad, thankfully is beginning to taper off a bit! I didn't take anything for it, just kept eating (lol) and hoped it would eventually pass, it's kept me up a lot, but I'm also off work already so was able to catch up on sleep through the day.

I had morning sickness come back in the third tri, too!

Have you tried b-natal pops? They're the only thing that ever worked for me.

I just asked about reflux the other day. Sleep elevated, sit up for a couple of hours after you eat, and take Zantac. Honestly though, nothing has helped me so far except the Zantac. Definitely talk to your doctor. S/he might have other recommendations.
