I'm on my second pair. It's kinda an old lady brand so they aren't anything sexy. Well cushioned and he makes some heels in a slightly lower heel height (2.5" instead of 3.5" inch) which makes a big difference to me comfort wise. But they never hold up long. I have wide-ish feet and am running around to meetings most of my day.
