Always floor in my opinion. I would do two panels.

I would pretend this is one large window... so I would hang two panels high and wide (rod against ceiling), and do floor length curtains.

I would usually say floor length with 2 large panels on one rod, but it looks like he has a lot of furniture pushed right up against the window so probably just window length with two panels or fabric covered roller panels.

I would do 3 curtains on one curtain rod (hanging at the sides with one in the middle covering the gap in between). I like the look and practicality of short curtains (slightly longer than the window).

I would do 4 panels, floor to ceiling length.

I'm always on the side of floor length. Makes the room look bigger and its a more updated look. I would consider 4 panels, but two would be ok too.

I would do two separate panels the length of each window and tie back if needed. I prefer my curtains floor length with the rod at ceiling height.

I am making curtains for my son's room. Should I make the curtains floor length or the length of the window? Also, the windows are fairly close together (about 6.5 inches apart) and I can't decide if I should make 2 separate curtains or one big one?
