The only thing that helped was Dionis lotion. It's made with goat's milk. I love it! I use it at work because my hands crack from washing them so much. It melts right in and provides a barrier. But I don't use it on my palms cuz they don't get as dry and I hate how it feels before it soaks in. I have super dry skin (it was flaking off in CHUNKS, disgusting, and it was super itchy) and it got real sensitive with this pregnancy, so all my other lotions started irritating my skin. It has saved me.
