maybe something from "My name is Bill W" (about the founder of AA). this is the whole movie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7P9gR517jXs

Something from Breaking Bad might be good since there's a lot of drug use in that show. I immediately thought of this scene:

http://www.amctv.com/breaking-bad/videos/10-baddest-walts-indecision

ETA: That might be too morbid, though?

@Silva: since I work in education I use the "Bueller, Bueller?" Clip where the students are all bored in class. You can find it under "boring economics teacher" on you tube. There might be better clips from the movie for your situation!

Something from the Sopranos? There are some scenes when Tony is with his kids that have minimal swearing.

Looking for an appropriate (no/minimal swearing, no graphic violence, no nudity, no graphic drug use- referencing it is fine and maybe preferable) movie / t.v. clip. I need to be able to access the clip from youtube, or have the dvd in my collection (ha, so you have to read my mind, too).

The exercise will involve watching the clip, and then breaking down what the main character was thinking, feeling, and their specific actions. Goal is to help illustrate how cognition precedes behavior. Behavior can be anything, really, but the group is about criminal behavior and addiction.

Any ideas? I'm stumped. Basically looking for brainstorming help here :)
