I'd use OPKs for your next cycle, so you can get some assurance, and start temping after that. An OBGYN will ask you to bring in a BBT chart anyway - very little point going in without it. They WILL send you home with a chart to fill out and tell you to come back next month.

Speaking as someone who has a slightly short LP, a B6 supplement wouldn't go amiss.

@Jumpingjacks: I don't. From what I understand about it you're supposed to wake up at the same time every day to take it. My work/sleep schedule is extremely erratic. Sometimes I'm not home until midnight, other days I need to be up at 6 am. Plus I can't remember the last time I slept through the night without getting up. And I heard that that can also affect your temps. Maybe I heard wrong.

Are you charting and do you know for sure when you ovulated? If so, I would wait at least 14 days after you ovulated to test if AF still hasn't shown. Your luteal phase usually does not change much from month to month. If you're not charting your temperatures, you might try starting. It's really helpful for figuring out your cycle.

For pregnancy. I'm just being curious because here I am on Cd 21 with no cramps, no spotting, nothing. I'm not planning on testing for at least 7-10 days, just wanted some opinions :)

It's my understanding that it can take many many months for cycles to regulate after coming off BC pills.
I know someone who it took them 9 months to get back on a regular cycle.

What are you testing for? Ovulation? Pregnancy?

Best of luck!!

So I got off BC in December. In December and January AF showed up exactly the day my placebo pills would have started, a Thursday. Then in February, march and April, AF would start around CD 21 after a couple days of spotting. Is it possible to just have a super short LP? If so when do I test? Agh so confused!!
