@lawbee11: Yeah, she's too small now. Maybe try once she's a bit older. She might like it better. :)

@Foodnerd81: That's a good idea, I'll try that.

@Mrs. Bee: I have the beco soleil and infant insert, but she feels so little in it. She's already bigger then last time I tried it, though, and in another month she'll be even bigger.

@shopaholic: I haven't tried legs out yet because the manual suggests waiting until 2 months, but I am planning to try the "hug" position once she's 2 months. She HATES the kangaroo position!

@lawbee11: Are you still keeping her legs tucked in? You might want to try legs out? K loved it a lot more once I put her legs out.

@lawbee11: try another carrier. sometimes you just have to find the right one. maybe the ergo instead of a wrap style?

@lawbee11: no advice on the stroller (well, when we travel in a few months I plan to do carseat and snap and go since we need the carseat anyway and I'm not bringing the UB vista). But for the ktan, try walking around outside. C cried in the moby at first but after two walks outside she loved it. Still sometimes she cries when I put it on in the house and as soon as we get outside she is so happy to look around and sometimes conks out with her head on my chest. But I needed to take her out to get her to love it.

I wouldn't feel comfortable. @lawbee11: We traveled with K around the same age and I wouldn't have felt comfortable with her in the G-Luxe. Even now, she still slumps sideways in the stroller seat sometimes in the UBV and BOB if I don't use the Snuggler. The G Luxe looks pretty upright still, and not as cushy of a seat. Another option is to just get a cheap snap n go and take the car seat. That's what we ended up doing.

Like @mrs. bee: suggested, wearing is a good option. I wore K all the time traveling!

I'm with @mrs.bee ! At that age I wouldn't. I still just wear my 18 month old through the airport. And if I needed a stroller I would just get a snap n go. In sure you could find one cheap on Craigslist.

i wouldn't feel comfortable... their necks are still so weak then! i would just wear the baby at that age instead of taking a stroller. they're so light and small!

@lawbee11: ours was from buy buy baby...you could probably get the 2012 version for much less actually, since the 2013 version is now out (I think the only difference is the recline mechanism).

@lawbee11: haha maybe in that case! If you're planning on getting the g luxe anyway, I would probably just buy it now and test it out. Or can you go to a Buy Buy Baby and put M in it to see what you think?

@Ginabean3: I just don't really want to spend $90 on the Cruz travel bag that we'll probably only use once or twice

@hilsy85: What if she's a really chunky 2 month old? :)

Ehh...we have the g luxe and it doesn't recline THAT much...maybe it woudl be better with the infant insert but I don't think I'd feel comfortable using it with a 2 month old.

I would just use your Cruz! Although....we have a Cruz as well and were scared of it getting messed up while flying so we actually bought a graco snap and go to snap our infant car seat into....that way if the stroller gets dinged up we don't care (we bought the snap and go secondhand on craigslist).

We are planning to buy a G-luxe eventually. We currently have an UB Cruz, but we're traveling next month and I am thinking the G-luxe will be easier to fly with.

The issue is that the UB website says it's suitable from 3 months with the seat reclined. M will be a little less than 3 months when we'll need to use it (she'll be 11 weeks). Would you feel comfortable using it? We have the infant insert for the Cruz and it may work with the G-luxe as well.

Regardless we are planning to buy a travel bag and the Cruz bag is $40 more than the G-luxe bag and doesn't fold up like the G-luxe bag does.

What would you do? Go ahead and buy the G-luxe now or just use the Cruz?
