<description>&#60;p&#62;This has worked for me with both kids (I struggled with low supply during the early days). I took fenugreek and blessed thistle (gotta do it together, it's not as effective if you just take one)- 3 pills, 3x a day (so 9 pills all together daily). Also took more milk plus - I took dose for 175 lbs + even though I'm lighter than that. Also nursed baby constantly. It bright up my milk within a week.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Herblore nursing tincture. You can get it on amazon (the alcohol free!) it worked amazingly well for me. I recommended it to a friend and she went from pumping two oz a side to over 5 oz per side. It has a horrible taste so I mixed it with a little Gatorade.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;FYI- fenugreek is not good if you have any thyroid issues.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Adding to the chorus about oatmeal and fenugreek. I don't like plain oatmeal, and I don't bake lactation cookies from scratch. So I just use the Betty Crocker oatmeal chocolate chip cookie mix, add two caps of vanilla flavoring, 1/4 cup of whole rolled oats, a handful of more choc chips, and 4 fenugreek pills broken open. Fenugreek is sweet when ingested, so it's perfect for cookies. I also just took the pills by themselves ( so I didn't buy them just for lactation cookies, like you mentioned.)

<description>&#60;p&#62;Really, your best bet is a few days of power pumping during your regular sessions, or adding as session or two.  Or at least pumping for a little longer, even if you're not getting any milk out.  That will signal to your body that it needs to produce more milk.

<description>&#60;p&#62;We went out of town last week and LO3 came down with a fever and stuffy nose. Long story short, he didn't nurse very much and I was without a pump..&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Now, this week, my pumping output has gone down considerably and I have been dipping into my freezer stash.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'm not so good about drinking a lot of water, so I've been trying to keep that up and bring my supply back to what it was. I've also had a few cups of Mothers Milk Tea, but haven't seen a significant increase. I would like to avoid adding another pumping session into my day. LO3 is back to nursing fine, in fact he seems to be nursing more at night so my usual morning pump output has gone down a few ounces... &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Is there anything you'd recommend for me to take (pill?) or eat (cookie?) that I can buy quickly off of Amazon?  I'm not huge tea drinker and would prefer something ready to go as I'd like to avoid having to shop for ingredients to make a batch of cookies hehe. &#60;/p&#62;
