@HabesBabe: Baby is allergic to these foods. If everything is good EBF baby poop should be yellow.

@brownie: @Baby Boy Mom: Does this mean that the baby is allergic to these foods... or just the way your body processes them and it goes into the milk?

We had that as well- turns out it was an egg white allergy. If LO is exclusively BF and the green poop lasts for more than a few days I would look into a food allergy. Otherwise it might just be a reaction to something random you ate.

Oh yeah. Every day from the time he was 3 weeks old until he was about 6 months old. It was a Dairy and Soy intolerance. My pediatrician wasn't worried about it either. But my mommy instinct told me it was worse than that.

We have had some green, brown, yellow and even neon orange poop! Our pediatrician doesn't worry about color, just consistency and amount. I wouldn't worry too much unless you see other symptoms.

Today i noticed some neon green spots in my 3 month old LO's dirty diaper today. She's had green poop before from the foremilk issue, but i've never seen gooey neon green!

I did some google searching, and the only thing that came up was a food allergy or rotavirus. Has anyone had this problem before?
