We love our Nespresso Vertuo. We do coffees and espresso. We buy pods to fill a travel mug. But like @Mrs. Starfish: said, these are our special coffees. When we are going to be drinking coffee all day, we grind some good coffee beans and use a cheap coffee machine. (I'm dying for a smeg coffee machine, but don't know enough about them to know if there is a difference between a cheap coffee machine and expensive one that looks awesome). Anyhow.. we love our Nespresso. We have a standard monthly order to get the free shipping and I think it’s abouf $60 a month. It’s so so good. The pods are definitely expensive so we only drink from our Nespresso machine on weekend mornings as a treat. I’ve had a few other models like the Latissima and the regular essenza but I’ve had to sell them when I’ve moved countries (for voltage reasons). I admit I don’t look at the price when I buy capsules, I just know it’s more expensive here than when we lived in Europe. I always buy in store so that I can take back my used capsules for recycling. I drink a lot of decaf and theirs is very good. Keep both!
