I really only do steamed milk in the winter, but love that I have the option easily whenever. I also like that you can control the froth level because I don't like much froth but my BFF loves all the froth. There are Nespresso flavors I love and some not so much. I got a sleeve of everything to start to find my favorites. Once I started staying home with the kids, I never made it out to get my fancy coffee drinks, so DH gave me this for their first Christmas. I'm obsessed and prefer the coffee I make at home to my old starbucks order. Nespressos are 30% off plus $20 in coffee credit at Williams Sonoma. DH ordered me this one in red. I saw the box 🤗 Whoops! I overheard FIL saying he thought it was expensive to keep requiring pods, but DH reasoned you have to buy coffee anyways and when you like fancy drinks it's cheaper than the Starbucks charge he's tired of seeing a few times a week lol. I've had boxes not delivered (or stolen perhaps?) twice - both times it was quite difficult to get them to replace the lost box. Their pods are quite expensive...so it was not a shipment I was willing to eat the cost of.</p> <p>When my old machine started having some issues they offered no help, and instead suggested it was time I upgraded anyways. I used to be obsessed with it, but coffee grosses me out during pregnancy so its been sitting idle for a long time now. No issues with maintenance or customer service on my end. It's about 4 years old now and works perfectly. I probably drink 3-4 capsules a day. I mostly drink decaf and I think Nespresso makes the best tasting decaf. I live near a boutique so I can drop off the used capsules for recycling. I hate their customer service and shipping policies - plus I am not a huge fan of their coffee. </p> <p>So we have one (Citiz and an Aeroccino) and love the functionality of both. I will say, on work days I rarely, if ever, make a Nespresso coffee - defaulting to my Keurig for simplicity in my jammed morning. The aeroccino works best with 2% milk I have found and really needs to be cleaned after each use well. I gave my dad a limited edition machine more than 10 years ago and it is still going strong, despite heavy duty daily use.</p> <p>My husband chose it because the milk frother is separate.
