Let her sleep! There is usually a reason why they sleep so long. Plus if you wake you might have a cranky baby on your hands when your nanny shows up!

I would definitely say it's from the shots and let her snooze.

I would let her sleep. I am not in the "never wake a sleeping baby" camp and do wake for feeds/routine on a regular basis, but after shots or with any sickness if I thought lo needed extra rest I would let him sleep.

Oooh, that's a tough call! I personally would wake her up by 4 hours. I HAAATE doing it, but often have to wake my LO up from his first nap if it goes longer than 2 hrs 15 mins, or 2.5 hours max. Just don't want it to throw off the entire rest of the day!

Since you just had shots, I would let her sleep!

I feel like I know the answer to this question but need support! I feel like I'm pretty firmly in the don't wake a sleeping baby camp, but my LO has now been asleep for almost 3.5 hrs for her first nap which is rarely longer than 2 hrs! She got her 4 mo shots yesterday, and I expected sleepiness yesterday (got them early AM), but she had normal naps and was her normal happy self. Is this just delayed vaccine tiredness? Would you wake your LO up? Our nanny will be here in a couple hours and I wanted LO up to hang out with her and then down for her next nap by then...
