I've been lucky with childcare so far. My mom usually watches her and if she can't my husband takes PTO. Especially with winter coming I just know I will find myself in a pickle at some point with no one to watch her. I'm a long time lurker. </p> <p>I have a five month old daughter who arrived at 36+5 by emergency c section. I had been in labour for a little while when it was identified that she was facing the wrong way and her heart rate would drop with each contraction.</p> <p>I also had a velamentous cord insertion and there was concerns that if it lay across my cervix it would detach.
