You also wouldn't have to worry about bunching like you might with a Flip. </p> <p>I feel like these are also not going to be as tight on the thighs, which would make them a little better for chunkier babes. I guess you might need an insert but it depends if you have a heavy wetter or need it for nighttime or for sizing. Not everyone will need it but I guess they like to add the option. I'm not sure if this is the reason for the re-design but I've heard of several customers with mold problems with these. (More so than with any other diaper.) My only guess is that they were so thick that there wasn't enough air getting through all the fabric.
