On the other hand, if your tops aren't long enough, the panel can become exposed. I'd go with a well cut maternity jean. I am in love with the ones I got from Gap, and I have a couple pairs I really like from Motherhood too. You can shop around and find what fits you best! I can wear ALL my pants with some stretch right now (11w) and they fit great. Then you can extend the button (rubber band trick) and then belly bands, and then at THAT point, go to maternity. It's a spandex top, so you could wear them even not pregnant, I guess. Mat jeans are so comfortable, but it would be hard to hide the panel early on unless you usually wear really long tops. But now is also not the time to buy new designer jeans, probably.</p> <p>I was mostly wearing my regular jeans zipped but unbuttoned, but with a belt over the button, from around 8 weeks, just from bloat.
