We feed DD anything that we are eating so I can't think of anything "toddler specific" but will try!

My LO absolute favorite is mushrooms cooked in olive oil - sometimes we had spices like garlic and basil and thyme.

Baked chicken tenders with panko. LO loves chicken mcnuggets, so I make this instead as a healthier version. I make a large batch and freeze them. He seems to like Asian spices so I'll pan fry tilapia with Asian spices for him. Fortunately he does like tomatoes and he'll eat meat sauce so we make that a lot. Mac and cheese is also a favorite of his. I made a dish my mom used to make when I was young, steamed chicken with shiitake mushrooms - he doesn't like the mushrooms but the mushrooms give he chicken a lot of flavor so he ate that. He likes steamed eggs which is kind of like chawanmushi. Getting him to eat veggies is something we're still working on.

I wish Lo ate more Korean! She loves pasta.
I make her a creamy pasta for dinner every night..

22 pieces of fusilli (spiral pasta)
Cook until soft
I add a little bit of heavy whipping cream and salt and let the cream thicken

Sometimes I'll add froZen peas

Will give her a meat and fruit with her pasta.

She LOvES it
And I love how simple it is

I've been trying to add some new dishes to our regular repertoire, but Charlie pretty much hasn't eaten any of the new dishes I've tried the past couple of months. So we always end up going back to Korean food since he eats it best (I always have some on hand because I cook in batches and freeze), and I really want him to eat less soup and rice.

Food has been a real challenge in our house. Mr. Bee eats a lot of salmon/tilapia, legumes, salad -- all things Charlie does not eat, so we end up making different meals.

I seriously need recipes for your LO's absolute favorite dishes. Anything that doesn't involve tomatoes, as Charlie has never touched anything that had even a little bit of tomatoes in it (even pizza and spaghetti!)

Maybe we could even pull together a Hellobee cookbook generated by our community! Real recipes by real moms (for really picky toddlers!) :)
