I was watching him once and it was only pee and he closed the wipe container. I told him he needs to wipe her even if it's pee. I can see myself doing the same thing when potty training time comes!</p> <p>This thread also makes me feel / look bad!</p> <p>We've forgotten to buckle/tighten my LO in his carseat a couple of times.</p> <p>I've bumped his head in the door frame several times.</p> <p>He's toppled over from sitting and bonked his head on our hardwood floor many times (both forward and backwards!). He even cut his lip with his tooth once!</p> <p>The worst was when I was changing him and trying to snap his onesie while he was standing up. He lost his footing and face planted into a wooden turnstile thingie on his dresser. I went to take a picture and all I saw was her going face-first into the water. :/ I threw my phone (camera of choice) and grabbed her - he had looked away, distracted by a dog. She was fine, I got her about a second after her face hit the water.</p> <p>She also face-planted into the water during a tub bath with me the week before. It bled and I cried with her. Now every time I put him into the carseat I do a last check in the car, give him a kiss on the head and check the belt. </p> <p>We were going through his first cold a few weeks ago, I set him on the bed to snuggle, he sat up and dove off the bed and bruised the heck out of himself- eye, chin, and neck. He landed on his Christmas presents :( Poor little guy had a fever, stuffy nose, and a bad mom to put up with. I felt so guilty, I didn't have a hand on him...I was reading HelloBee on my phone. Well, I had her in the bathroom with me when I was getting ready and I stood her up next to the tub.. about 3 ft from me. Thankfully this only went on for about 3 days, but still! Oops, should have discussed this with him. </p>
