I refuse to believe that these babies are dying for no reason at all. I look forward to a world (if we see it) where SIDS are not as prevalent as it is and it is not a constant fear. My nephew has an minor hearing impairment. Does that mean he was at a higher risk of SIDS? He is now 3 years old, so the risk is pretty much gone.</p> <p>But wouldn't you think they would have seen this link sooner? My nephew was diagnosed with his hearing issue pretty young.
