But whe I became Clomid resistant she switched me to Femara. I was in the AMIGOs Study, which should be coming out shortly. It looked at clomid vs femara vs something injectable - the purpose was to get the most successful, singleton pregnancies. </p> <p>In my study, I think I got Femara, not clomid. That's pretty cool!<br /> I was given Femara because supposedly it didn't hurt lining as badly. He explained that there were not enough studies completed to show the efficacy of Femara as a fertility drug and the drug company itself is making more than enough money with Femara as a cancer drug. The link will take you to the summary, but I believe you can subscribe for free to read the entire article. Basically, a study was done in women with PCOS and Femara seemed to have better pregnancy outcomes than Clomid.
