My 3 year old has been using the new target ones and we don't have a problem, but do get overnight leaks occasionally. I still think the new diapers started the rash and we just haven't been able to kick it. We just started using the new version and j has a terrible diaper rash. The diaper is the only thing I can think of that's different lately.<br /> Anyone else notice any changes with the new Target diapers? </p>
