After years on WeddingBee I have decided to move on to Hello Bee, at least for the time being. My husband and I got married May 25, 2013, and have recently decided to start getting things in order to TTC! I am 26 (almost 27!), and I'm a high school teacher. My husband, who is 28, is a doctor in his first year of residency. Both of us plan to keep working after we have kids, so it will be challenging with our schedules! We are currently waiting to TTC because of health issues on my part. I have been having issues with my thyroid for a few months (first it was overactive, now it's underactive), so I have to wait for my levels to normalize. I'm also currently going through the process of withdrawing from my anti-depressants (citalopram/Celexa). Once I get the all clear from my endocrinologist, I'm going to schedule an appt with an OB/GYN to see if my body is all ready to go off the pill. I'm really nervous, and not really sure if I'm 100% ready… but I've been told you are never 100% ready! I'm excited to join the community!
