It went away after about a mouth. We did nothing to help it.

I just left it alone, besides a quick wipe in her bath. Both girls had it and it cleared up in 2-4 weeks.

Breast milk (if you are breastfeeding). LO had really bad acne that became very dry/flaky and seemed to bother him. I would express a little BM after every feed and gently rub it on his face. His face cleared up in a couple days!

Just leave it alone, it will clear on it's own. I can't imagine baby powder would help, I'm fairly sure that's an old wives tale. It's just from post-birth hormones, totally normal. Just make sure you're keeping baby's face clean.

I wiped his face (gently) with a wet washcloth once or twice a day and sometimes put a little breastmilk on the bumps. The milk might have helped a little but it was mostly time And leaving it alone.

Agree on leaving it alone. It'll go away eventually. Just needs to run its course out of their system.

My LO had it for about 4 weeks when she was a newborn. Nothing helped, and it just had to clear on it's own. We just made sure not to rub it, and to pat it dry for baths, so it didn't get irritated. I know it sucks and looks horrible, but it will go away!
