LO had really bad acne that became very dry/flaky and seemed to bother him. I would express a little BM after every feed and gently rub it on his face. I can't imagine baby powder would help, I'm fairly sure that's an old wives tale. It's just from post-birth hormones, totally normal. Nothing helped, and it just had to clear on it's own. We just made sure not to rub it, and to pat it dry for baths, so it didn't get irritated.
