Wash cloths! I've used quite a few for various reasons! Lately because he had some eye gunk and I use a warm cloth to wipe his eyes.

Agree with burp cloths of some kind, nipple cream, breast pads and nursing tanks!!

We had a ton of NB diapers and they didn't fit!! But you have plenty of size 1 in case u need them.

More wipes for sure, babies poop a TON in the beginning...I think we went through 2 packs a week for the first few weeks. She pooped every time I changed her! Breast pads and good nursing bras, night time nursing bras or tanks. Sleep gowns were a godsend at night because I was so tired I couldn't deal with those frustrating snaps, especially when baby would stiffen up or kick like crazy. Maybe some gas drops? Baby lotion? Did you buy a baby or memory book? I was so glad I already had one so i could fill it in as things happened because you forget sooner than you think. I know it's not a necessity but its really nice to have. You have a pretty good list going!

You might need some nail clippers. These worked the best for us:

@travelingbrit: Excellent! You may not need them, but definitely a must-have "just in case." They can also be a life-saver if your baby just wants to suck but s/he isn't hungry. Save your nipples! Our pediatrician's entire office actually recommended pacis (I was shocked, I had always wanted to stay away).

G'luck!

I definitely agree that you should get some more wipes. We got this tub as a gift:

http://www.amazon.com/The-First-Years-Infant-Toddler/dp/B000067EH7/ref=br_it_dp_o?ie=UTF8&colid=1RKWHYCNXRUF0&coliid=I1CYO277S2IAXM

Obviously haven't used it yet, but it got great reviews.

Burp cloths! I use cheap cloth diapers. We have 18 and I go thru a few a day. I like to have them handy during feedings.

Yes - nipple cream & nursing bras/tanks if you're breastfeeding! I'd get more pacifiers, I like to have one stashed in a bunch of places.
We got a First Years sure comfort tub & it's alright. It gets the job done. Also, we have a changing pad with a vinyl cover & ended up never using the plush cover. DS peed/pooped on it so often that its easier to keep the cover off & wipe it down when it's messy.
