The police officer said those were dangerous and should be removed. He also removed the mirror (can't see my baby anymore!) and the toy bar (I knew that one was coming though). We didn't often have a problem with LO's head flopping, but occasionally we would roll up a burp cloth or thin blanket to help prop her head. (Britax Chaperone) but I do stress about him wrenching his head to the side even with someone sitting next to him (me or my Mom). </p>
