We haven't had this issue hope someone else can help. Have you tried again once LO is out?? The yellow button is stuck. I am about to throw this seat out the window. I will be calling Chicco tomorrow morning about this. Has anyone had experience with their customer service? Does anyone have any tips to fix this until tomorrow? </p>
