As a kid I was a total morning person. In college I switched to a night person. After college I turned into a lame person who went to bed at a normal time and woke up at a normal time. I've always been able to fall asleep any time, any where and sleep soundly. Since being pregnant though my sleep has S.U.C.K.E.D! I have been going to bed anywhere from 6-8pm because I simply cannot keep my eyes open another second but then I wake up around 3:30-4:00 and can't go back to sleep.
