I never bought overnight diapers for either of my kids. They both did well with just going up a diaper size at nighttime

Diaper sizing is really surprisingly flexible. My DD wears a size 4 during the day and a 5 at night. She's slim, still well within the 4 weight range, and the 5 does not gap or leak.

There's a 22 month difference between my kids and for a vacation at 3 and 1, I actually used size 4's for both the 3 year old (who wasn't nighttime trained) and the 1 year old just to make it easier on myself.

We've never used nighttime diapers. We use Earth's Best which doesn't make them. I will say that we have always moved to the next size before the suggested weight and I'd be surprised by how well they will fit. I'd try going up a size first; if it doesn't work then you can save the pack for when she is ready for that size.

DD2 has been peeing through her diapers 3-4x a week. It's getting old! We use Luvs during the day and Pampers at night (she was peeing through the Luvs every night, Pampers are better.) Do you think it's worth buying special night time diapers or trying to go up a size? I think 4s will be huge on her which is my hesitation on doing what I've done in the past. She's so petite that 3s are already plenty big.
