She was crying but I made myself wait 10 minutes and right at 10 minutes she wasn't crying, had her head down, and was just squirming a bit.</p> <p>I was just worried that I let her go too long last night and I felt kind of bad but she fell back asleep about 11 minutes after she woke up and slept four more hours so I guess it was fine! If your LO seems like she's settling at the 10-minute mark then definitely wait an extra few minutes! She tried, she found her thumb a few times and would suck and lay her head down, then she would pop right back up and get on her hands and knees, rock and cry again.
