On day 2 she woke up at 3:30am and was crying. Ugh! She cried for about 40 minutes and slept until 6:30. We both fell asleep in the rocker until 7:30 so i didnt bother trying to get her to sleep again. Last night she went to bed at 8pm, woke up at 6am, nursed for 15 minutes and went back to sleep until 8:30am. Woohoo! I nursed her and then put her back in her crib (she didn't seem alert so i thought i'd see what would happen)...and she slept until 7:30. Woohoo!!! She went down for her nap at 9:35 and so far so good.</p> <p>I'm so glad that all it took was one bad night of crying (30 minutes of whining + 30 minutes of crying). DH and i had agreed that if we were going to do it, we were going to go all the way, so i'm glad she went to sleep after an hour otherwise i might've broke down! I noticed that the next day, she nursed a lot more during the day and right before going to sleep.</p> <p>I think i'll be tired forever, but it was so nice to finally get 7 straight hours of sleep!! </p>
