Sorry! Mommy was overtired and fell off the wagon!

@nerdbee I think tomorrow night we'll try an earlier bed time. He really does seem to be VERY hungry, much more than usual and he's always gone through spurts like this that are just not as frequent now but we'll still try this! He was napping from 4/4:30-5/5:30 then 7:30/8pm bed time but he's not been doing that evening nap so we've been putting him down a little earlier. He does usually go back to sleep but not EVERY morning.

Maybe you could try bumping bedtime to 6:30pm? I've read that waking up about 3 hours after bedtime means mild overtiredness. What are his awake times between naps and bedtime?

Does he go back after 5:30-6:30am wake up? If not, 10.5h of night sleep seems on the low side. So I would try earlier bedtime.

Every night for the last 3 or 4 weeks J wakes up between 10:30-11:30. It's only for a bit (usually just until we replace his binky) but it isn't stopping and if we try to let him CIO he just gets SUPER worked up.

Thoughts?

He's 8 months. 7-8pm bedtime every night, regular bedtime routine, clearly tired/doesn't fight it until the late wake up. Then he sleeps until 5:30-6:30 am.
