Mine changed right away. About 20 weeks I noticed them getting darker and leathery in texture at times when they were erect. I also had flat nipples going in and now they are always out. I've read that they'll get darker, and some things say it can even be an early pregnancy sign, but mine look exactly the same. I have the little red bumps (Montgomery's tubercles, I think?), but they're the same size and color as always. I'm 10w3d. I'm not worried or anything, just curious what I might expect in coming months. For what it's worth, I'm EXTREMELY fair skinned. </p>
